Got a nice little surprise in the mail yesterday… a certificate from the BBB. This has some meaning to it as it is important that when you are in a service oriented business that you excel at customer service. I am a member of the BBB from the day I started my dog training business. I am also insured and bonded and my kennel is licensed by RI DEM. All of these things are very important in my business..and you should make sure anyone coming into your home to do work is both insured and bonded
